Our stay here was lovely, good base for exploring Auckland. Good-sized rooms and very helpful stuff - we greatly enjoyed it. Location: the hotel was so close to public transport and a quiet area. It also was to centre of Auckland.

But it's more like a dorm. Could have been cleaner. There were no hangers.
The room was not being cleaned very well. Even when we moved in, it was not quite clean in the room.

The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The bed was uncomfortably springy and the pillows were flat, made for poor sleeping conditions. I noticed that the walls were quite thin, allowing me to hear conversations from the next room, which disrupted my peace. The surrounding area felt desolate, and we found ourselves Ubering everywhere due to the inconvenient location of the apartment.

Very very helpful and pleasant staff, early check in. Particularly good and perfect location, a 10-15 minute walk from Auckland Art Gallery Toi o Tamaki.

Unexpected quiet in a busy city
The location is convenient, very close to the city center. The staff, while varied in their English skills, were generally friendly and accommodating.
Unfortunately, the apartment showed signs of wear and tear. Chipped paint and a leaky shower detracted from the overall experience. Issues with the key cards made accessing the apartment frustrating.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with my family, and it was surprisingly roomy and comfortable. The vibe was nice, and having two separate bathrooms was a definite plus! The only downside was the parking situation. It was pretty tough to find any. For the price, this place was a steal compared to others in the area.

The staff here were amazing and super friendly, plus we got to check in early which was a nice bonus. This place is in a fantastic spot-really close to the main part of the city, and you can easily walk to the tennis center, Queen Street, and bus stops. 🏙️
